Promotional Stress Balls are available in over seven hundred and fifty shapes and styles. We will have a shape to suit your marketing message. We have categorised all the moulds to help searching for the right shape as easy as possible.

However if you do not find the shape that you like we can produce bespoke shapes for a one of mould charge of three hundred and fifty pounds. This covers pretty much any size or shape that you would want. Lead time is approximately six to ten weeks from start to finish from artwork approval.

Promotional Stress Balls are made from polyurethane (PU) which starts off in liquid form and is then poured into moulds of two halves. The filled moulds are then heated to “set” the PU and once cool, are removed from the moulds to be finished. This involves trimming, spraying and applying the print. All items are finally quality checked and individually polybagged.

All Stress Items are manufactured in the Far East, however we have plain stock holding of the most popular styles in the UK. The products are printed by the top printers in the industry using the Pad Printing process. Our stock holding ensures we are able to offer fast lead times for last minute orders.

Promotional Stress Balls is used as a generic term to mean a stress toy and not an actual ball. However the most popular selling shape is the stress ball. Either as a plain colour, and there are many available as standard, or as an actual football.

Generally stress products can be pantone matched to whatever colour you would like as long as the quantity is over five hundred units and an extended lead time would also be applicable. Furthermore, for full colour we use Transfers that are heat applied by hand, this is generally only done as a Far East order. Far East orders take approximately four weeks.
